One of my favorite things to design is back draping jewelry for brides. The three brides pictured below all had different back draping designs with handmade chain. Even though it can be a challenge to create, I always love seeing the final product when paired with Rachel Gordon's gowns. With the combination of Birdsong and One Love, a truly one of a kind piece is born and it really brings an unforgettable magic tho the bride and grooms special day.
I've been having a lot of filling orders for these custom fringe earrings. Each one is one of a kind and it's exciting to see the final product. This pair recently found a new home in Hawaii :) Love the graduated pink hues in this pair, such a perfect color for summer!

I just love creating draping back jewelry for wedding dress and this is one of my favorite that I have had the pleasure to work on. The dress was designed by Rachel Gordon of One Love Designs and the triple stranded moonstone back piece is an original made by Birdsong Designs. Our two creations really came together beautifully and really made this a one of a kind design. Alyona Photography did an amazing job capturing the jewelry and the dress. I am so excited to be working with Rachel Gordon and creating many more designs like this one. A truly magical combination.
A few weeks ago, Andrea Serrano of The Charleston Shop Curator asked to borrow one 2 of Birdsongs body jewelry pieces for the S.P.F fashion show in Charleston, SC. We gladly said YES! Here are some pictures from the shoot. The overlay was paired with a bikini by Everything But Water and a headdress by Erica Pena Designs.
Both body jewelry pieces were handmade by Jen Bonoma of Birdsong Designs. One with glass beads, gold-plated chain, genuine heishi turquoise, peruvian opal, and ethipian brass beads and the other with chain and freshwater seed pearls. They are very elegant pieces and truly one of a kind.
I recently had a custom Mother's ring order for 3 stackable rings. One with a freshwater pearl for a June birthday and 2 with diamonds for an April Birthday. They came out great and really compliment one another when all stacked together. They were made with 14k white gold and all of the stones are genuine and natural.
I was commisioned to make a very special gift this year for a friend of mine for her first Mother's Day. She is an awesome Mama to her twins Jameson and Zadie and her husband wanted to give her a gift that would last a lifetime. He wanted her to have a piece of jewelry that represented the family but could also be worn everyday and layered with other pieces of jewelry. We designed these 14k white gold bangles with a 3mm white diamond in each. They came out beautifully and she absolutely loved them :)
For the past few months I have been OBSESSED with fringe and Native American Inspired jewelry. These earrings were one of my favorite pairs that I have designed this year and we haven't been able to keep them in stock! More will be available in the store and online shortly
Lula Kate recently asked if they could borrow some Birdsong jewelry for their ready to wear wednesday style shoot.
